ה-שליח (אבי רוזנצוויג) מפעיל את האתר ואת אפליקציית ה-שליח. המסמך מסביר איזה מידע נאסף, למה הוא משמש ומה הזכויות שלכם.
איזה מידע נאסף
- פרטים שאתם ממלאים בטפסים: שם, שם העסק, טלפון, מייל והערות.
- פרטי משלוח שאתם מזינים במחשבון: כתובות איסוף ומסירה, סוג המטען וכמותו, תאריך ושעה מועדפים.
אין צורך להירשם או ליצור חשבון. איננו אוספים מיקום מהמכשיר, אנשי קשר, תמונות או פרטי תשלום דרך האתר או האפליקציה.
למה המידע משמש
- חישוב הערכת מחיר להובלה.
- חזרה אליכם עם הצעה, תיאום ההובלה וביצועה.
המידע לא נמכר ולא מועבר לאחרים לצורכי פרסום.
שירותים חיצוניים
- Netlify - אחסון האתר וקבלת הטפסים.
- Google Maps - השלמת כתובות וחישוב מרחק לפי הכתובות שהוזנו.
- WhatsApp - אם תבחרו לשלוח את ההזמנה בוואטסאפ, ההודעה נשלחת דרך החשבון שלכם.
- Google Fonts - טעינת הגופן באתר.
שירותים אלה מעבדים את המידע לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

המידע נשמר כל עוד הוא נחוץ למתן השירות, לניהול הקשר העסקי ולעמידה בדרישות החוק.

HaShalich (Avi Rozentcwaig) operates the HaShalich website and app. This page explains what information is collected, what it is used for and what your rights are.
What we collect
- Details you fill in on the forms: name, business name, phone, email and notes.
- Delivery details you enter in the calculator: pickup and delivery addresses, cargo type and quantity, preferred date and time.
No registration or account is needed. We do not collect device location, contacts, photos or payment details through the website or the app.
How we use it
- Calculating a delivery price estimate.
- Getting back to you with an offer, arranging the delivery and carrying it out.
The information is not sold or passed on to others for advertising.
Third-party services
- Netlify - website hosting and form handling.
- Google Maps - address suggestions and distance calculation based on the addresses entered.
- WhatsApp - if you choose to send your order on WhatsApp, the message is sent from your own account.
- Google Fonts - loading the website font.
These services process information according to their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Information is kept as long as needed to provide the service, manage the business relationship and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will handle your request.
